Healthy Changes in March

I’m excited and SO ready to focus on some healthy changes.  My body needs it, my mind needs it, my wardrobe needs it!  This month I’m making changes in my diet and my exercise routines.  I’ll be adding some things and subtracting others.  I’ll be living Happiness Commandment #9.  Come along for the ride and make your own healthy changes along the way.  Let’s start with a couple of questions and (hopefully) lots of answers…

What does eating healthy mean to you?

A couple of weeks ago, Gabrielle at Design Mom asked the same question.  There were 161 responses to her question about healthy eating.  It is fascinating to read the various answers and definitely something for all of us to think about.

Do you listen to your body?

Courtney Kendrick wrote a beautiful post on this today.  Read it and let me know what you think.  I’ll be back tomorrow with my own answers.  I can’t wait to read yours.
